Meet Our Team

Andrea (Andie) Martinez

Executive Director of Biotech Development | She/Her

Over the past 20 years Andie Martinez has been a clinical research leader within the biotech and pharma industry focusing on the development of clinical strategy and portfolio management, to guide clinical drug development, R&D strategies and driving long-range planning throughout the drug lifecycle.

She has also led the development of the overarching clinical operations strategies, providing inputs during clinical program design, driving the end-to-end execution of clinical programs across different disease areas.

Many of her initiatives have also focused on how patient needs are reflected in the clinical development plans, trial protocols, and educational tools which then lead to optimal clinical outcomes, regulatory approvals & patient access.

Most recently she has begun performing research that hopes to improve implementation of clinical strategies for global programs that have a focus on innovative evidence solutions including patient-centric data analysis, interventional studies, NIS and RWE studies, and implementation clinical science projects.

Much of this newfound data is being obtained from exploration into how the narratives of patients and their families can be utilized to optimize and change for the better patient regulatory compliance, adverse events occurrence, patient experience, trial feasibility, recruitment, and engagement.
