Each aim includes specific goals and objectives:
- Harness community storytelling as a powerful and underutilized source of qualitative data for system planning, using evidence-based models like mixed-methods analysis and implementation science.
- Support economic resilience by building a human resource pathway—helping community members move from storytelling to system planning, with access to relevant training programs.
- Strengthen cross-sector and civil society collaboration by developing communication tools and materials for schools, community centers, clinics, and other local organizations.
- Drive local economic resilience by fostering partnerships between small businesses, large corporations, and community groups to create shared solutions.
- Improve health outcomes, including targeted efforts to enhance HIV Care Continuum performance—starting with key populations such as young Black gay men (13-24) and Black gay men over 50 in early program cycles.
Through these aims, MVOS™ transforms personal narratives into actionable insights—ensuring policy, programs, and partnerships are shaped by the voices and needs of the communities they serve.
